2.How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve our training, consulting, and research services; (b) process transactions, send invoices, and deliver service-related communications; (c) match your requests with qualified experts and manage the full engagement lifecycle; (d) verify your identity, prevent fraud, and ensure platform security; (e) communicate with you about account activity, policy changes, and support inquiries; (f) analyze usage trends to improve user experience; and (g) send marketing communications where you have opted in. You may opt out of marketing at any time.
3.Lawful Basis for Processing (EEA Users)

6.Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. Following account closure or termination of services, we retain your data for the following periods: (a) account and transactional data — 7 years to comply with tax and legal obligations; (b) communications and support records — 3 years; (c) usage analytics — 26 months in aggregated form; (d) deleted accounts — data is anonymized or securely destroyed within 90 days of your deletion request.
7.International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. When we transfer data across borders, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all sub-processors.
